From humble beginnings as an apprentice furniture maker in a small rural area of South Australia, Plytek’s founder Luke Watson has been fortunate enough to gain great experience by positive mentors in many areas of the woodworking industry.
With a strong understanding of the furniture making industry and traditional furniture manufacturing techniques, these experiences have given him the tools and knowledge to create Plytek.

With our new workshop located in Reservoir, the larger facility gives us the opportunity to increase our productivity and help maintain the high quality of workmanship.
